Colour me Red, Colour me Blue, Colour me in Rainbow HuesOpen Day Sunday 22 March"An invitation to be curious" You are welcome to join me from 10 - 4 this Sunday, See the "Red" feature wall along with other paintings to suit any colour palette. My playful entry for this year is..... "Lucky for Some".... Thanks to Shani for a lovely curated display in the new Gallery area of the Forest Heritage Centre. It is a very uniquely shaped Gallery. The Exhibition includes paintings, metal sculptures, textile art, pottery, jewellery, porcelain and glassware with many more Art and Craft items in the shop. The Centre also has a museum showcasing the Flora and Fauna of the Forrest and a historical look at the Old Timber Milling town of Dwellingup. I have 3 pieces in the Gallery plus some smaller items and mounted photography in the shop. The Exhibition runs thru to June 2015, 10am - 3pm every day except Public Holidays. Take a beautiful drive 1 hour south of Perth to Dwellingup to find the "Forest Heritage Centre" They have a Gallery as well as a Museum showing flora,fauna and our Forest Milling heritage. I am one of the featured Artists for their "Essence of Nature" Exhibition that runs all thru Autumn finishing early June. A Beautiful time in our Forest. Try the round trip up Dell Park Road from South West Hwy and then home via Pinjarra and the Freeway. Happy touring!
